Meet the Leadership Team

Kiah Bouie-Lindsay, MA, BCBA

Chief Executive Officer

I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a passion for learning from and working with others to develop skills for autonomy and independence. After completing my BS and MA in psychology from South Carolina State University and The Chicago School of Professional Psychology (TCSPP) with a concentration in children and adolescents, I completed a BCBA certificate program at TCSPP. I have 8 years of experience implementing ABA programming with children, adolescents, and teenagers as a behavior technician as well as experience in case management and foster care. Upon becoming a BCBA, I spent time understanding how to meet the needs of my adult and early intervention clientele and received additional training and experience to become a more effective and competent practitioner.

In my downtime, I enjoy spending time with my husband and daughter, reading research, snacking, and napping.

Myesha Cox, MS, BCBA

Parenting and Training Supervisor

I am a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst who is truly working in their calling and passion! I majored in Psychology and received my Bachelors from Monmouth College and I received my Masters in Psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University. I have been in the field for 5 years now, starting as a registered behavior technician (RBT). I have experience in several settings including in-home, clinics, and adult CILA’s. I’ve worked with individuals from ages 2-70 years old! I love to focus especially on the parents and families and offer one on one coaching because I believe I cannot do my job without them. I believe equipping the family with the tools they need to feel confident, prepared, and knowledgeable is just as important as the fieldwork with our learners. I love Behavior Analysis because it never stops changing and the field is always growing!

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and Labrador! I love to do things in nature like a walk on trails, ride my bike, and gardening. I also love my alone time with some good worship music or a good podcast.

Sherien Said, MA, LPC

Lead Therapist

My name is Sherien and I’ve been working in behavioral health services for 8 years. I truly have come to believe that the community and field are my home. I have worked with individuals with exceptionalities from ages 5-18. I have had many roles and embraced them all, including working as a paraprofessional, school counselor, special education teacher, behavior specialist, and behavior therapist. I have sought to appreciate, learn from and respect each other to improve my expertise and skills. I will always be an advocate for my clients and families. All the work we hope to accomplish requires teamwork and commitment to which I remain dedicated. I am a lifelong student and teacher finding my joy in teaching children, adolescents, adults and colleagues, and attending lectures that guide me. I have a BS in Clinical Counseling, MA in Mental Health and School Counseling, and just recently earned an MS in Psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis. I am currently accruing hours to sit for my board exam to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

My philosophy in life is to always move forward. We will have obstacles along the way but we must always be willing to pause, reevaluate, adjust and improve.
